Holiday Inn Corpus Christi Arpt & Conf Ctr, an IHG Hotel

on Sunday morning 8.30 am I used the pool for a few minutes until I realized there was a huge vomit from the edge of the pool to the apparatus that holds handicap people , really disgusting I did reported to Joanne front desk but I expect credit for my next visit I don't know if the water in the pool had vomit too so you can imagine how disguss I was

Location was on point, the hotel was so relaxing and clean and cozy! Had a good smell, bar was good too!

Pool was great Lobby/Bar/Restaurant were nice Staff was very friendly with the exception of one lady. She was rude to our Door Dash delivery person Location was great for what we needed Laundry room was great AC was nice and cold Beds and pillows were so comfortable

staff was nice, hot tub, and restaurant had descent food.

We booked this hotel for Memorial Day weekend this year. When we arrived we found a spacious parking lot and easy access to check in. The lobby is beautiful with water wells and fish tanks. We checked in and went straight to our room. When we walked in we immediately noticed that the pull out couch for our 8 year old was not there so we called the front desk. Within 10 minutes the general manager knocked on the door with keys to the room across the hall that was like a mini suite. It had a large private bedroom, kitchen area and bathroom not to mention a great view. The first morning the ice machine on our floor was empty but its expected on a holiday weekend. Within a few minutes of making the desk aware of it the problem was corrected. We ate breakfast in the restaurant and Mile really made the meal great. He seems to be the head cook and chief bottle washer as well as waiter and cashier. He handled his job well. The staff was very friendly and cordial every time we ran into them and the house keeping staff did a fantastic job. We HIGHLY recommend this hotel because of the price, staff and the location.
